Meet Caroline! She joined Soren this year in the Accounts Receivable department and she is a great addition to the team. We are excited to spotlight her this month! Here’s a little bit about her:
How is Soren different from other companies you’ve worked for?
I love the Soren culture and core values! We are all one big team, and everyone works hard so we can all be successful.
Which Soren core value means the most to you and why?
I like all the core values, but the one that means the most to me is “Choose to be Proactive”. I try to be proactive in all things I do because that is how we move forward. Nothing can be resolved if no one is proactive.
Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?
This industry is very fast paced! Everyone at Soren is very knowledgeable and helpful, so don’t be afraid to ask questions!
Tell us a little bit about your family:
I’ve been married for 1.5 years to my amazing husband Jack! I am the youngest of 5 kids and loved growing up in a big family. 4/5 of us siblings all live in the Houston area and are really close!
Where is your favorite place to be?
I enjoy being in the mountains! I went to college in Idaho and loved exploring and hiking in the area.
What is your favorite movie or TV show?
There Will Be Blood is my current favorite movie!
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
Chicken Caesar salad with sweet potato fries and Diet Coke
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
I would love to meet my grandfather who passed away before I was born.
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
I’m a big Survivor fan, so probably a flint fire starter, a tarp, and a machete.
People would be surprised if they knew …
I have a twin sister!
