Meet Matt! He has been with Soren for just over 9 months. He is a Capacity Analyst in our Operations Department. We are glad he is part of the team and we are proud to spotlight him this month. Here’s a little bit about him:
How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?
The structure is very different. The last brokerage company I was at, you did most of the things all by yourself. Here you can focus on one thing and try to perfect it.
Which Soren core value means the most to you and why?
Together each achieves more. Teamwork is the ultimate multiplier. There is so much more we can do when it’s together.
Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?
Get involved and look for opportunities to learn from others. There are a lot of great people here with valuable knowledge and experience.

I’ve been married to my wife for 18 years. We have 3 boys.
