Meet Thomas! He has been with Soren for 10 months and has been a great addition to the team. He works in the Operations Department as a Capacity Analyst. We are excited to spotlight him this month!

How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?
I enjoy the camaraderie of the office. Even though the job itself can be stressful, it is nice to have friendly people in the office who are going through the same thing.
Which Soren core value means the most to you and why?
Embrace the Journey. Jumping into a new industry has been a whirlwind, but I have had some great coaching along the way.
Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?
Put the work in, take advantage of all the resources Soren provides, and you will see positive results.
Tell us a little bit about your family.
I have a wonderful, loving wife, a crazy 15 month old daughter, and two dogs that all keep me busy.
Where is your favorite place to be?
Anywhere around water is always nice. But really just anywhere with friends and family to hang out with.
What is your favorite movie or TV show?
The Lion King
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
I would say tacos because they are so versatile.
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
Steve Irwin “The Crocodile Hunter” would have been really awesome to meet. He had such a zest for life and a passion for what he loved. Plus I probably would get to meet some cool animals as well.
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
An operational plane, fuel, and a pilot so we could go home.
