Meet Ky! He has been with Soren Transport for almost 9 months and is a great addition to the team. He works many hours as a Capacity Analyst helping to solve problems and create solutions for our customers. We are excited to Spotlight Ky this month!

Here are some fun facts about Ky:

How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?

Soren gave me an opportunity where others would not. Because of this, from day one I’ve given 110% in Operations and Sales. I was, and am, grateful for the opportunity. I want to prove that their belief and investment in me was a good one!

Which Soren Core Value means the most to you and why?

Choose to be Proactive … not reactive. People notice motivated people.

Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?

Take control of your own progression and destiny. Grab life by the reigns. Control it – don’t let it control you. You will get bucked and tossed around, but don’t let go and fall.

Tell us a little about your family.

I do not have family. I was a state raised child, who was never adopted. I have a thirteen year old daughter that lives with her mother in Florida. I have friends that are as close as a family. And a church congregation that is absolutely amazing!

Where is your favorite place to be?

Well – that appears to be work since I’m here like 7 days a week! Beside that, all I have time for is home and church.

What is your favorite movie or TV show?

Right now, loving Yellowstone!

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?

Probably different combinations of pizza – as long as it’s not MOD Pizza!

If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

Jesus. I have some questions! LOL

If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?

An eternal companion, fishing pole and lifetime supply of sunscreen

People would be surprised if they knew …

I’ve never been married and haven’t even gone out with a woman in over 7 years because I’ve been focused and driven on success and building my relationship with Heavenly Father.
