Bilingual Capacity Analyst

Compensation:

Summary/Objective: 

As a Capacity Analyst, you are a crucial element to our existing customers. The main focuses will be to conduct the day to day operations of existing customer accounts and align them analytically with the customer to meet their logistics needs. You will also be responsible for solving any problems that come up with the day to day transportation of the customer’s freight. Additional focuses include reducing costs, improving services provided, focus on increasing efficiencies, adding value, and maximizing profitability. 

Training Program: 

As a Capacity Analyst for Soren, you will be enrolled in a 1-month onboarding training program which will start your knowledge of Soren, our industry, and ensure your proficiency in our systems and processes. This training will be a mix of activities, self-guided learning as well as in-office coaching and mentoring. Training will include elements that will help to ensure you are confident and skilled to be part of our success as a high performing member of our team. 

Essential Functions: 

• Serve as primary point of contact for customers and develop account relationships  
• Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by improving their supply chain challenges or offering other logistic solutions 
• Stay informed about the changes in the industry and customer’s business to identify new opportunities with that information 

• Conduct and problem solve day to day operations  
• Develop pricing strategies by using internal tools and resources 
• Manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics

Requirements: 

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent 
• Speak spanish

Preferred Requirements: 

• Full Truck Load Experience 
• 3PL or Manufacture Experience
