Meet John! He has been with Soren for 5 1/2 years and is one of our Account Managers. He has great advice for anyone wanting to join Soren Transport – “Work hard. This company will reward hard workers with more money as your career goes on. This gives you the freedom to take care of your livelihood the way you want to.” Greg Richards, Director of Operations says, “In today’s workforce, reliability is an increasingly scare commodity. We rely on John. John has earned the trust, admiration, and respect of his colleagues with his honesty, sincerity, levity, and commitment towards work. John’s exceptional qualities almost make up for his disdain of BBQ…”

Here are some fun facts about John:

How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?

It’s a smaller company that cares about the growth of their employees.

Which Soren Core Value means the most to you and why?

You control your progression. I love this one because if you work hard and care about continuous improvement, you can become very successful.

Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?

Work hard. In my opinion, a lot of companies put up a front that they care by offering out perks and following social work-life trends. This doesn’t always lead to financial freedom for hard workers. This company will reward hard workers with more money as your career goes on. This gives you the freedom to take care of your livelihood the way your want to.
