Meet, Matt! Matt has been with Soren since its inception back in 2011 and plays an important role in the growth and success of Soren thus far. Working as a Division Manager, Matt is a master at relationship building, both inside and outside of the office.  Jason, president and owner of Soren, says, “Matt is a great example of what it means to be a selfless teammate. He is highly respected by his peers and has always been willing to jump in and support his team and colleagues when there is a need. Matt is eager to take on new challenging shippers and explore these opportunities even if it requires sacrificing his personal time”. We are proud to introduce you to Matt and have him as a part of our team!

Here are some fun facts about Matt:

What brought you to Soren?  I left another logistics company to take advantage of the opportunity of starting something from the ground up. Didn’t hurt that all the business I worked on was coming over also.

How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for? The company genuinely cares about employees’ well-being and the culture in the office.

Which Soren core value means the most to you and why? Embrace the Journey. There will be ups and downs in everything we do. It’s what we learn and how we adapt from each situation and live in the present tense, not looking ahead.

Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees? You get out what you put it. Those that want to progress need to put in the time it takes to get there. Ask questions. Chances are someone has been through what you’re asking about.
