Meet Jay! Jay has been with Soren for a little over 2 years and plays an important role in the success of Soren as a Capacity Analyst. Account Manager, Michael says “ Jay is a key part of the Team.  He is dedicated and diligent in his work. I truly believe that Jay is in his element when I watch him work.  Whether trying to cover difficult loads, shippers taking all day to load carriers, dealing with drivers falling off, or all of the above. Jay keeps at it with a tenaciousness that you do not often see. Tell us a little bit about your family…

I have been married to my wife, Lori, for 16 years. We have four teenagers, Kerri, Eric, Nathan, and Brandon. Kerri is in her third year of college, Eric just enlisted in the US Navy, Nathan started college this year, and Brandon is a Senior. Life with kids is always busy.  

Where is your favorite place to be?

Anywhere when traveling with my family. 

What is your favorite movie or TV show?

Anything Sports related, primarily ESPN. 

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?


If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?

If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?

My family, Sunscreen, and a Hat

I went to a Private Military Academy during High School and graduated 3rd in my class. 

What brought you to Soren?

Change of pace and new challenge in my work career.
