Meet Madison! Madison has been with Soren for about 2 years and plays an important role in the success of Soren as a Capacity Analyst Assistant. Greg, Account Manager, and Madison’s supervisor says, “I didn’t get the privilege of meeting Madison before her first day of work here at Soren.  What I did get is a phone call from John and Sean while I was on a family vacation telling me that they had just interviewed someone that we definitely wanted to hire for my team.  I was skeptical to hire someone that I didn’t get to interview; however, John and Sean were persistent and passionate about extending her an offer before she accepted another job.  John and Sean were right.  Madison has been an amazing addition to our team.  She learns quick and is very dependable.  She is always willing to step in and help when things get busy.  Her dedication and hard work have already started to earn her new opportunities to advance her career and her income.  Her future with Soren has many opportunities.” We are thrilled to have Madison as part of the Soren family and are proud to introduce you to her!

The team environment is truly amazing, it shows you how much of a community Soren is and that we are all here to better Soren and watch it grow even more.
