Meet Dylan! Dylan has been with Soren since October 2020 and plays an important role in the success of Soren as a Capacity Analyst Assistant. Matt, Sr. Account Manager, and Dylan’s supervisor says, “Dylan has exceeded expectations in every way. He is always on time and willing to help with anything. On top of working full time for Soren, Dylan is also taking college classes and has managed to balance both with success”. What brought you to Soren?
Before I was hired here at Soren, my brother spent the summer working here before going back to school. I always heard great things about the company from him which really grabbed my attention initially.
How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?
The atmosphere/culture in and out of the office setting. The overall welcoming environment and friendliness from the very beginning was something that stood out greatly to me.
Which Soren core value means the most to you and why?
Choose to be Proactive. Although this can easily be one of the more difficult ones to constantly maintain, I feel that the impact of an entire team following this leads to great success.
Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?
Knowledge is key. Pay close attention to all the information given to you and learn how to apply it to all aspects of the business.

I am the middle child with an older and younger brother. My dad works for Southwest Airlines, and my mom works here at Soren.
Where is your favorite place to be?
Anywhere in the mountains with a nice view
What is your favorite movie or TV show?
I don’t watch many movies or TV shows, but my all-time favorite would have to be Game of Thrones
If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
A nice steak with a side of potatoes
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
Probably Elon Musk. I feel like he would be a very interesting person to talk to
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
A fishing pole/ setup, a knife, and a large supply of matches
