As a Weekend Capacity Analyst, you are a crucial element to our existing customers. The focus will be to conduct the day-to-day operations of existing customer accounts and align them analytically with the customer to meet their logistics needs. You will also be responsible for solving any problems that come up with the day-to-day transportation of the customer’s freight. Additional focuses include reducing costs, improving services provided, focus on increasing efficiencies, adding value, build and manage carrier relationships and maximizing profitability. 

Training Program: 

As a Weekend Capacity Analyst for Soren, you will be enrolled in a 1-month onboarding training program which will start your knowledge of Soren, our industry, and ensure your proficiency in our systems and processes. This training will be a mix of activities, self-guided learning as well as in-office coaching and mentoring. Training will include elements that will help to ensure you are confident and skilled to be part of our success as a high performing member of our team. 

Essential Functions: 

    • Serve as primary point of contact for carriers and develop account relationships  
    • Identify opportunities to further penetrate accounts by improving their supply chain challenges or offering other logistic solutions 
    • Stay informed about the changes in the industry and customer’s business to identify new opportunities with that information
    • Develop pricing strategies by using internal tools and resources
    • Assist Account Manager to manage customer expectations through the creation and utilization of metrics
    • Conduct and problem solve day to day operations

      • Customer Service Experience
      • 2+ years of sales operations, customer service, or related experience 
      • A hungry, capable team player
      • Full Truck Load Experience
      • 3PL or Manufacture Experience 
      • Able to work weekends


      • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent
