Here are some fun facts about Nicole:
What brought you to Soren?
I saw Soren on the company list at the Texas A&M Business Career Fair. I viewed Soren’s website which initially grabbed my attention. I then came in for an interview and loved the atmosphere. I felt so welcomed and from then on, I knew Soren was where I wanted to work.
How is Soren different than other companies you’ve worked for?
Soren is different than other companies I have worked for in the sense that when I come to work here, it feels like one big family. Everyone wants you to succeed here and having this kind of support is unlike any other job I have ever had.
Which Soren core value means the most to you and why?
The Soren Core value that means the most to me is “You Control Your Progression.” The is because when you are working in freight sales you have to be extremely motivated and determined to succeed. You can’t sit back and wait for things to happen, especially in this industry. Starting as an BDR, I was determined to promote to Account Executive and knew that it was up to me to work hard and never give up.
Do you have any advice for new or potential Soren employees?
My advice for new/potential employees is to come into work with an open mind and embrace the ups and downs. Working in logistics you are bound to have really good days as well as some pretty tough ones. If you can see the long-term picture coming into this job, you will be able to take those ups and downs and know that it will all be worth it.
Tell us a little bit about your family…

If you had to eat one meal, every day for the rest of your life, what would it be?
If you could meet anyone living or dead, who would it be?
If you were stuck on an island what three things would you bring?
I would bring a knife, a huge case of water, and a magnifying glass
People would be surprised if they knew…
I will always prefer to eat In and Out Burger over Whataburger no question!
